The total cost actually came in lower than what was quoted, which was a pleasant surprise. Craig and his crew did a great job; they were very friendly, careful and quick. My only complaint is that they were about 2 hours early which caused problems with the buildings freight elevator schedule. I didn't get a call the day of (or the day before) to let me know when to expect them as I was told I would, so I was not totally ready for them when they got there early. I have used your company the last couple of times that I have moved and I have been very pleased with the services that you all provide. Everyone that I have spoken with from the initial consult to the scheduling to the actual moving crew has been exceptionally accommodating and knowledgeable. Moving is hard, but you all make it a little easier, and I appreciate that.

Jonathan was excellent at accommodating my needs for the move even though it was getting close to the final hour! He was very helpful in helping me select the appropriate amount of assistance/boxes/equipment for the moving process. I never received a phone call but I wasn't bothered by that since I had spoken with Beltway only two days before the move. Despite my bad luck of scheduling the move when several streets near my home were closed, the crew leader persevered and was able to get the truck to my building in time to complete the move. I really appreciate them going the extra miles (literally) to help me with what can be a stressful process. Recommend? Absolutely! I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon but if I do, I'll definitely call Beltway again!

Because the original movers (another moving company I had hired) did not show up, I called Beltway at 2:30 in the afternoon. There was no time for a written estimate. It was verbal. The estimate was a little lower than the reality but with it being so late in the day that the movers stated, after 5:30pm, it was overtime. The lead and 2 other men were outstanding! Despite the rain, they didn't stop. I will recommend Beltway to ALL my military and civilian friends! OUTSTANDING! Recommend? ABSOLUTELY! TRUE PROFESSIONALS IN EVERY REGARD!

Doug was very friendly, clear, and helpful. I was worried that my move was a little odd--just moving around big furniture in my home--but he was very reassuring and understanding. The crew were great. They even managed to maneuver cumbersome furniture around some furniture that I forgot to remove from the landing. Recommend? Absolutely.
