We’re Here to Resolve Any Issues

First and foremost, we apologize for any problems or difficulties you encountered during your move with Beltway Movers DMV. We highly value your feedback and are dedicated to delivering excellent customer care. To address your concerns efficiently, we’ve streamlined our claims process.

Step 1: Prepare Your Information

  • Personal details: First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number
  • Move details: Date of Move, Address (including Apt #), City, State, and Zip Code
  • Crew Information: Names or IDs of Crew Members involved

Step 2: Document the Damage

For each damaged item, you will need to provide:

  • Item Details: Name of the damaged item, Make, and Model No.
  • Purchase Information: Year Purchased and Estimated Weight
  • Damage Description: A detailed account of the damage for each item

If you have more than one damaged item, please repeat the process for each item. Additionally, if there was any floor or wall damage, include a description of these damages. There are separate forms for each issue below.

Step 3: Submit Your Claim

Fill out the online claim forms below with the details prepared in Steps 1 through 3. Fields marked with an “*” are required. Be as precise as possible to help us understand the nature of your claim.

The staff was very helpful and quick to respond when the mover we signed a contract with failed to show up on move day. We have a large house with lots of nice furniture, glass cabinets, etc... Our crew was incredibly skilled and they managed to move our house without damage to our belongings or the properties. The crew was very professional, friendly, and fast on both ends of the move. I would use them because the same crew that loads your truck also unloads your truck and the furniture doesn't get handled an extra time switching freight carriers. I'm a very satisfied customer.
